Steve Crowley
Founder & President
Steve Crowley is the founder and creator of SCA Crowley Real Estate Services, which began November 12, 1982. Steve has represented numerous major companies over the years, such as Crown Theatres, Stew Leonard’s, Marketing Corporation of America, Barneys New York, Crate & Barrel, and TIAA-CREF, to name a few. Steve’s reputation in the Westport community as a leading force in the commercial real estate business and as a major supporter of numerous charities has complimented his success.
Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Steve has spent most of his life in Westport and is blessed with four wonderful children.
Maxxwell Crowley
Vice President
Maxx is the Vice President of Asset Management and Investment Sales assisting clients in the acquisition of commercial investment properties as well as managing over $70M in assets across Fairfield County. Prior to joining SCA Crowley, Maxx was a residential real estate broker in Manhattan working for the Julia Hoagland Team at Compass. During his time on the team, Maxx and his group generated over $47M in sales landing them the accolade as one of the top teams in Manhattan and their office. Before joining the real estate business, Maxx worked in the advertising industry where he was on new business and strategy teams at both Universal McCann and Vox Media. Maxx has translated those experiences into the real estate industry becoming a problem solver for his clients and bringing fresh innovative ideas to the table. Maxx was born and raised in Westport, Connecticut. Surrounded by real estate his entire life through his father’s company, SCA Crowley Real Estate Services, Maxx felt passionate in following the footsteps of his family. Maxx is the President of the Westport Downtown Association.
Robert Crowley
Vice President
Bob is the Vice President of residential sales and property maintenance of SCA Crowley Real Estate Services. As a broker, Bob has proven to be an aggressive producer through his unique problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. These traits translate into Bob’s role in overseeing our property maintenance division which consists of over $70M in real estate including office, retail, medical and residential properties.
Prior to joining the real estate business, Bob was in the world of luxury travel working for Tauck Tours overseeing various tour logistics and operations. This experience took Bob to over forty-five countries and six continents. Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island where he studied Business Administration. He resides with his family in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Judi Simonetti
Director of Client Relations
Judi is the Director of Client Relations and Executive Assistant to Steve Crowley. For the past 30 years, Judith has been a pivotal member of the the SCA team ensuring all landlord and client relations are in good order. When emergencies arise, Judi assists with alerting the team and delegating the right team member to address the issue. Born and raised in Westport, and a graduate of Staples High School, Judith is proud to be working with her family in a town that means so much to her. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two who currently resides in Easton, CT.
Peter Jennings
Director of Property Management
Peter is an eleventh generation Westport native, where he can trace his family’s roots back to the founding of the town. He began his career as a real estate broker and property manager with Cross & Brown, once the largest commercial real estate company in the Tri-State area. Peter remained with that firm through several company name changes, until he founded Bayberry Property Management in April of 2009. He has over three decades of experience managing office, retail, institutional and residential properties and is solely responsible for the development of his management portfolio. Peter is well-known for his construction and management skills, and oversees the company’s portfolio on a day-to-day basis. A graduate of St. Vincent’s College with a medical degree, Peter is a member of the Westport Medical Reserve Corps. He also a Greens Farm Congregational Church historian.
Huong Belpedio
Director of Finance
Huong Belpedio is the Director of Finance and is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of SCA. She has over 25 years of diverse professional experience which includes leading an investment talent development program for Point 72, running a research sector at Credit Suisse, and leading audit engagements at PwC. Huong is excited to be with the SCA. She holds a BS in Economics from NYU and an MBA from St. John’s University. Huong is a CPA licensed in CT and NY. She has resided in Westport with her family since 2003.
Jose Chacon
Director of Property Maintenance
Jose has been with SCA Crowley Real Estate for 20 years as head maintenance foreman. His duties include coordinating and handling all maintenance projects for property owners. Jose’s specialties include carpentry, painting, and mason work. Coming from a military background, Jose has a strong work ethic and eye for detail. Jose is a critical part of the SCA Maintenance Team ensuring all properties are in excellent condition and if issues arise they are tended to immediately. He is a true leader for his team.
Peter Benitez
Director of Property Maintenance
Peter has been with SCA Crowley Real Estate for 22 years as a head maintenance foreman. A pivotal part of our business, Peter ensures all properties are in excellent condition and coordinates all maintenance related issues and projects for our team. Known for his strong work ethic, passion for the business, and excellent personality, many of SCA’s clients have high praise for Peter. Peter’s specialties include landscaping, garden design, carpentry, and painting.
Bartolo Benitez
Director of Maintenance Operations
Bartolo has been with SCA Crowley Real Estate for 25 years and it the true backbone of our maintenance operations. He plays a pivot role in ensuring our properties are in perfect condition and all the backend mechanicals of our maintenance division are well kept. Bartolo is a face many people know in town and one that our clients love seeing at their property.
